The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. from its edge network. Cloudflare processes connection data (IP address, request headers) to deliver the pages and protect against abuse, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. No cookies are set by this site.

When you send the form, your name, email, optional company, project details and message are stored in a database in the EU together with the language of the page, your country (derived from the request), a truncated hash of your IP address and your browser identifier. A notification is sent to me and a confirmation to you through Cloudflare. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: up to 24 months, or until you ask for deletion.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to processing, by email to yasin@ergn.org. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly: there is no puzzle and nothing to click. It looks at signals from your browser to tell a person from an automated script, and returns a token that our server verifies. Cloudflare processes this data as our processor and, per its own terms, does not use it to build a profile of you or to serve advertising. Details are in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Without this check the forms would be open to automated abuse.
