Fleet owners had trackers but no product: slow maps, no history, shared logins.
02 What I built
Python services, Nuxt 3 + Tailwind frontend, PostgreSQL, WebSocket streams for live positions, SMS and code-based 2FA, RBAC for dispatchers and drivers.
03 What it does today
Positions land on the map in under a second; managers replay any route and get told when a vehicle leaves its zone.
