Travellers buy data on landing, from a kiosk, in a queue. Existing eSIM shops were slow, English-only and built on heavy SaaS stacks that ate the margin.
02 What I built
Flutter apps for iOS and Android, a family of country sites in Astro sharing one core, checkout on Stripe, and every API on a serverless runtime — no servers to babysit. Twenty-plus languages from day one.
03 What it does today
Plans activate in seconds, the sites rank organically per country, and the whole thing runs at a cost a single founder can carry.
